Over the past 23 years, programs have been established to assure every person has food to eat; a place to sleep; dignity and hope. YWC has continued to provide and develop programs that meet the emergency housing and food needs of individuals and families while providing unconditional mercy to all who appeal; providing opportunities for the homeless to identify issues leading to their homelessness; and working to empower men, women and families to make the necessary lifestyle changes that enable them to exchange homelessness for a healthy and productive life.
